Moving in, moving out

David the other day decided to move in his own pad. He indeed found in the neighborhood a lovely studio with an eat-in kitchen and a poop-in bathroom.

You can see him moving a brand new chair he got from Ikea (picture #1) and sipping a good cold juice after the hard move (picture #2).

The point of contention is that the premise is already occupied. If David is more than happy to have a roommate, the current tenant is *slightly* less pleased. As a matter of fact, she wrote a letter to the landlord claiming that 1) *she* alone benefits from this rent-controlled apartment - at a very good price we're being told - and 2) it's a studio for Chrissake! She reiterated her favorite motto: "One is company, two is a crowd!"

After intervention of the landlord, David had to vacate with all of his stuff. But he's not sour. He's already been prospecting for a move in a two-story building - Mom's computer cabinet.
