No one really knows where the "fight" part comes from, but one had to find an extra word as "and chase" alone sounds pretty lame. Besides, everybody remembers the true meaning of this tradition: walking on all 4 while showing your tushie to the camera.Haha! Just kidding. The true meaning is of course to give an excuse to WASP parents to act silly for 5 minutes, something a grandmother from Normandy who shall remain anonymous might find it handy some day. Oh yeah, and to amuse the kid too.
