Maddy (and mommy) recently went camping with the Daisies (junior girl scouts). We went on a nature walk, did arts and crafts,and even slept in bunk beds in rustic tents. The best part: s'mores and songs around the campfire at night.

David's scout troop recently took a tour of the Harvard Observatory and saw both the original telescope (built in 1847!) and the new one (and got to see some stars in the new one).

David started cub scouts (wolf scout) last fall. This is his first time in the finals!
(unfortunately he didn't win, but it was still exciting to compete against 15 scouts from local troops).
